What you agree to by using the app.

Peptide Tracker is a logbook and a reference. It is not medical advice, and it is not a clinician.
The app does not diagnose, prescribe, dispense, verify or supply anything. It does not check whether a substance is safe, legal or genuine, and it cannot tell whether a protocol is right for you. Many peptides described in the library are not approved for human use in the United States, and some are prohibited in competitive sport. Speak to a licensed clinician before you start, change or stop a protocol, and call emergency services if something goes wrong.

01These terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Peptide Tracker covering the Peptide Tracker iPhone app and the website at peptide-tracker.ai. Downloading or using the app means you accept them. If you do not, delete the app.

Apple is not a party to this agreement and has no obligation to provide support for the app.

02What the app is

Peptide Tracker records what you tell it, does arithmetic on it, and shows you reference material. Specifically: a dose log, a schedule, an estimated-level model built from published half-lives, a reconstitution calculator, a library of 127 peptides, and an assistant that answers questions in the context of what you have logged.

Everything it shows you is informational. Nothing in it is a diagnosis, a prescription, a treatment plan, a dosing recommendation or a clinical opinion.

03What the app is not

It is not medical advice or a medical device. It does not establish a clinician relationship with anyone. It does not sell, source, verify or test peptides, and it has no view on whether the vial in your fridge contains what the label claims.

The estimated level is a model, not a measurement. It uses the doses you record and a published half-life, and it does not account for your body, your absorption, your other medications, product quality or storage. Do not dose against it.

Library entries summarise research of widely varying quality, which is what the evidence grade is there to signal. A high grade means the human record is comparatively strong. It does not mean a peptide is safe, legal or right for you.

04Your responsibility

You decide what you put in your body. You are responsible for the legality of what you obtain and use where you live, for the accuracy of what you enter, and for the consequences of decisions you make with the app open.

Confirm every calculated dose against the vial, the syringe in your hand and your clinician’s instructions before injecting. If the app and a clinician disagree, follow the clinician.

05Who can use it

Peptide Tracker is rated 13+ on the App Store. You must be at least 13 to use it, and if you are under 18 you may only use it with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf.

Do not use the app on behalf of someone else, or to manage a protocol for a minor.

06Subscriptions and billing

Part of the app is free: the first two weeks of your plan, the calculator and the library. Pro unlocks the rest of the schedule, the estimated-level charts, unlimited logging and export.

Subscriptions are sold through the App Store and billed by Apple to your Apple Account. They renew automatically until you cancel, and Apple charges the renewal within 24 hours of the period ending.

Annual
$59.99 per year, billed yearly.
Weekly
$9.99 per week, billed weekly.
Cancelling
Manage or cancel in your Apple Account settings, at least 24 hours before the period ends. Cancelling stops the next charge; the current period runs out.
Refunds
Apple handles refunds under its own policy. We cannot issue them, and we cannot see your payment details.
Price changes
We may change prices. Apple will ask for your consent before charging a higher renewal, and your existing period is unaffected.

07The assistant

The assistant is generated by a language model. It can be confidently wrong, out of date, or wrong about you specifically. Treat its answers as a starting point for a conversation with a clinician, not as an instruction.

Your question and the relevant part of your protocol are sent to our server to produce the answer and are not stored by us. See the Privacy Policy for details. Do not send anything you would not want leaving your phone.

08Your data and your device

Your log is stored on your device and we hold no copy. That means we cannot restore it, migrate it, or recover it after a deletion, a lost phone or a failed restore. Keeping backups and exports is your responsibility.

You may export your log as a PDF at any time. Exporting it and sharing it with anyone is your decision.

09Acceptable use

Do not reverse engineer, decompile or tamper with the app, work around the subscription, scrape or bulk-extract the library, resell or redistribute its content, or use the app to help anyone else obtain or supply controlled or unapproved substances. Do not use the assistant to attempt to generate instructions for harming yourself or another person.

10Intellectual property

The app, its design, its text and the library as compiled belong to Peptide Tracker and are licensed to you, not sold. You get a personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to use one copy on devices you own, subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement where that applies.

What you enter is yours. We claim no rights over your log.

11No warranties

The app is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free, that calculations or library content are complete or correct, or that the assistant will be accurate.

12Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Peptide Tracker is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, for lost data, or for personal injury or health outcomes arising from your use of the app or from any substance you decide to use.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the app is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.

13Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Peptide Tracker against claims, damages and reasonable legal fees arising from your use of the app, your breach of these terms, or your use, possession or supply of any substance.

14Changes and termination

We may change the app, add or remove features, or update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date and surfaced in the app. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the revision.

You can end this agreement at any time by deleting the app. We may suspend access for a breach of these terms.

15Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you and we consent to venue there.

Before filing anything, write to hello@peptide-tracker.ai and give us 30 days to resolve it. Most things end there.

16Miscellaneous

If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stands. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about the app. You may not assign them; we may, in connection with a merger or sale.
