Peptide Tracker is a small operation, so there is no ticket queue and no chatbot in front of us. Write in plain language and include your app version if something is broken.

What to write about

Something is broken
Usually same day
Tell us the app version, your iOS version and what you were doing when it happened. A screenshot helps more than a description.
A library entry is wrong
Reviewed weekly
Name the peptide and what is off — a dose range, a half-life, a grade you disagree with. Send the paper or label if you have it, and we will correct or say why we won’t.
Billing and refunds
Go to Apple first
Apple holds the transaction, so refunds and cancellations are faster through your Apple Account. Write to us if something still looks wrong after that.
Privacy requests
Within 45 days
Ask what we hold, or ask us to delete it. Your log is on your device and never reaches us, so this covers crash diagnostics and any email you have sent us.
Security
Within 48 hours
Found a vulnerability? Send steps to reproduce. We will confirm receipt, keep you posted, and credit you if you want the credit.
Press and partnerships
A few days
Say what you are working on and what you need. Screenshots and the icon set are available on request.
What we can’t help with
We can’t tell you what to take, how much, or whether a supplier is legitimate. We’re not clinicians and we don’t sell peptides. Questions about your own protocol belong with a doctor — and if you’re having a reaction, call emergency services rather than emailing us.
